There are two parts to registering for the conference. Fill out the form below, and go to one of the below payment options. You may do this in either order, but your registration is not complete until both steps are complete.

Registration includes admission to presentations and activities, a tote bag with information and goodies, name badges, and schedule book including a conference directory of other attendees, and a discount on meals at the hotel restaurant. It does not include meals or hotel accomodations.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.
